it is so easy for me to ignore the nutritional needs of my body. i’m trying to pay greater attention to the amount of water i drink, and veggies and fruits i eat. this is a definite area of growth for myself. i’ve gone through a no cooking phase- which has lasted for way too long- so i need to get back on track? but i did make supper tonight, thank to a guilt trip from my sibling.

i’ve started yoga. class just once a week. what i’m finding is that i have greater awareness of my body, and allowing my body to dictate the pace. iyengar advocates non-violence, which means non-violence with my body. i’m being gentle with myself and it feels good.
