move on, and leave the past in peace

sometimes you don’t know your living in the past, until you realize your recreating some of the same dynamics. why am i extending that into the present? seeking help.

recently i have been faced with some old pains that have not left me. i did not realize that i was spending energy quieting these pains from my everyday life. i’m processing right now, and its tiring, but also freeing. i’m bringing parts of my life into the light, allowing those parts to breathe, and i breathe.
