go to japan

This week is my last week in Australia, then it’s off to Japan! I’m gonna have a busy week of packing and preparing ahead. I am so excited!

I’ve received contact from my host family and got a photo of them and they seem really nice! ^_

I sent them a post card but I bet I’ll arrive in Japan before it does :P

In literally 18 days I will live my dream. I AM SO EXCITED!

There are only 45 days to go!!! This is the most anticipated event of my life… I’ve been trying to make time go faster by wasting time online (mostly google-mapping the place I’m going :P)

I got my passport yesterday and went to a meeting about the trip. I received a whole folder of info and there was a Q and A session and I’m feeling really excited! I learnt that we’re probably going to Tokyo Disneyland!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (overdoing the exclamation marks? :P)

I’m gonna find out who my host family is in five weeks. I really hope I get put in a family with a student my age as well as some younger kids! ^_
I’ve always been good with kids :P (Even non-english speaking ones, as I learnt doing work experience at a Primary School)

I’m going to Japan on December 6th and coming home on the 23rd!!
I can’t wait! They’re in the process finding a host family for me right now ^_

Might be able to go to Japan with a nearby highschool. Went to an information night last week and the program seems good. It’s in December and it goes for 16 days, a week of homestay and a week of touring. The itinerary looks great and my parents are pretty keen.

This dream of mine (WAY more than a goal!) Is slowly becoming more real :)
