I have made my health my first priority, because my body is the only body that I will have for the rest of my life, and it deserves the respect and love that I would give to anyone else.
- Carry a water bottle and drink from it daily
- Work out 3-4x/week (not sure how much cardio, resistance, etc.)
- Follow my healthy diet plan, cook accordingly
- Eat every 3 hours
- Bed at midnight
- Get up around the same time on weekends
- Meditation
It really is a full lifestyle change, isn’t it? I’m game :)
