First priority! 3 months ago

I have made my health my first priority, because my body is the only body that I will have for the rest of my life, and it deserves the respect and love that I would give to anyone else.

  • Carry a water bottle and drink from it daily
  • Work out 3-4x/week (not sure how much cardio, resistance, etc.)
  • Follow my healthy diet plan, cook accordingly
  • Eat every 3 hours
  • Bed at midnight
  • Get up around the same time on weekends
  • Meditation

It really is a full lifestyle change, isn’t it? I’m game :)
