okay, i’m starting now.
it’s a perfect time.
no more pregnancies.
no more breastfeeding.
nothing to stop me or hold me up.
i think i’m going to tackle one big habit at a time, starting in January 2008——no more soda. diet or regular. i never used to drink soda and i am seriously addicted to it. i’m on day 4 of no soda, headaches are raging, but i’m standing strong.
i’m doing a few other small steps right now too, but my focus is on no more soda. cold turkey. :) go me!
