I don’t know if anyone has seen the movie food inc. yet, but that movie will make you want to go green. Some things I am inclined to do are to eat locally slaughtered and processed (or perhaps not processed) meats. The thought of me contributing to thousands upon thousands of cows, pigs, and chickens that are raised in terrible conditions and a lot of times not even entirely used for consumption or other things makes me sick. I also plan on planting a garden this spring, it’s not much, but it’s something. :) As far as other things about going green I already recycle, and I do not leave the tap running while I brush my teeth. Go Me! :) If anyone has some suggestions on other small changes I can make to go green, feel free to tell me! :)
