If I’m objective, I can see that I’ve learned loads this last year. The last 6 weeks of the course have been rubbish however – they’ve changed the package and have not given us the correct modules, gwaith cartref etc. As a class we’re unhappy.
But four of us have decided to meet up and review each uned, practising at our pace. This, will be as valuable as the course as I need practise.
This goal isn’t going to be easily achieved but I’m going to aim to take my first exam in January…

second term

First class of 2009 was last Tuesday. I went and really enjoyed it even though my buddie was unable to go and may drop the class completely.This is going to be a super long term goal… realistically it’s going to take me years but even just having it on my list is a reminder that I want to do it and enjoy it… (the homework is getting a little tougher and our Tutor is banning English from the class room!!)

Two from two classes so far and I am saying a few words daily.
I’m sticking with two sessions of one hour each and my two hour class each week.
I’m not good at not being good at things but I do see some progress.
It’s going to take time to master this beautiful and difficult language.
I hope I’m in it for the long haul.

welsh classes

So far I’ve only managed 4 out of 6 classes but I really want to learn this amazing language and have wanted to for more years than I can remember!
My lovely husband is fluent and I’m learning with a good friend so I have no excuse.
Just do it:-)
