My stomach looks good but it feels weak (I have a hard time completeing them) I wonder if it was that stupid colon hydrotherapy. Worst idea ever.

At least I’ve been going to the gym reguarily…and spinning is good for your core, but I need to get back on it. Starting tonight.

I am going to do this everyday of 2007. It only takes 5-10 minutes. Last night I did my first daily set. This morning I did abs after kickboxing as part of the class…but I’m not counting those. These sets of 100 I’m going to do before bed. My abs are already pretty defined, but your abs can never be too defined!
