I have been doing pretty good.

I have been using the Daily Plate to track my calories and have been eating only 1300-1500 a day. I have been eating less sugar and more protein and fiber. All this helps.



Today is the day!

Today I am going to think before I put anything in my mouth. It’s 8:09 am and I haven’t eaten yet. I really want honey nut Joes O’s but I am staying off the carbs this week. I shouldstart out with some water and juice.



Starting tomorrow...

I’m gonna try to stay off the carbs and sugar for a week. It’s a short-term goal. These are what I binge on pretty much. Parmesean Goldfish crackers and pita chips. I’ll just eat a whole bag.
