How depressing to look back at these pics, and to think I thought my abs looked bad there! I really have let myself go. Time to work hard on this goal again!

I’ve lost 1/2 inch on my waist so far, and as I lose fat I am seeing the definition underneath come back.
Not doing as much ab work as in bootcamp, but interested to see the progress.
So I took a pic today because they feel flat since I ate only what I was supposed to yesterday. (My first week of bootcamp was a bust as far as diet goes.) However I think they look the same or worse.
over the one week off between bootcamps sessions. Along with In and Out and lots of other things I can’t eat on the program. Probably not the best idea to gorge myself like that, but with 6 weeks on and one week off, that is moderation I suppose.
We started bootcamp again today and I suppose the gluttonly didn’t hurt me that bad because I beat last sessions ending record of a 9.5 minute mile by a whole minute! (8 min, 35 sec). I am back on the eating program and my goal is to really stick to it. I’ll post a new ab pic in 2 weeks…
So today I tested out for ending this session of bootcamp. 6 weeks ago I did 50 military style situps nonstop, and today I did 210! My abs don’t look to much better since the last pic, though. Need to eat better to get rid of the fat layer.

I gained some weight and let my abs get a little soft over the last 6 months. As I get older they are harder to keep! So I have been doing a bootcamp for 3 weeks now and am starting to get my definition back. So this is my starting picture (above) for progress tracking purposes. The definition isn’t as obvious as it would be on a tan person…I am super pale!
