I joined a gym after the new Year. I’ve gone a few times already and have enjoyed the time I’ve spent there. I have generally been spending about 45 minutes there, a bit of weight training, but mostly cardio. It’s funny how running a 5K 5 years ago has changed my endurance. I was sure I’d be dying from running a bit after being dormant for so long, but I got right into it. Hopefully that keeps up. I am planning to run another 5K in May.
