own every ani difranco album

I actually didn’t think it’d be possible, but I see the end of this goal now! I just buy an album everytime there’s a sale on the RBR store. Today started the “live in Babeville” sale, so I bought my first Ani DVD and Dilate! So that’s 5 studio albums (I don’t want Canon, at least not right now), 1 live, 4 bootlegs, and 3 EPs that I have yet to buy. Oh well!! At least I have a mighty good collection to listen to right now.

This goal is harder than it looks like! Ani is so proficient and she gets out an album a year, and that’s not including the EPs and official bootlegs! I am doing well currently I guess. I am glad that this year’s offering is more like a “best-of” since that interests me less and I was able to buy another, older one instead ;) I bought Imperfectly and Boston, the last official bootleg, this morning, along with Verses, her new book. Yay for more Ani stuff :)

went to shop at my favorite used store in montreal and got two more cds for a bargain price! :D like i said and knuckle down are now mine!

i pre-ordered reprieve a few days ago and today, tadam! it’s in! it also came with free lunch, the 2006 sampler of righteous babe records. my joy is complete, and that’s one more cd crossed off the list!
