Every other day

I do this when I run in the mornings – usually Wednesday and Friday. Monday evenings I run with a couple of other women. What I need to do is get my ass up to exercise every morning… lift weights or do yoga, or even just walk.


right now, I’m getting myself used to 6:30… then 6:00 will follow
