Keeping going

Finished bootcamp tonight. A track that took me 32min32sec five weeks ago, took me 28min8sec tonight. Hoorah!! I’m 12 kg down from when I started. It feels like this has been going on forever. I really love the exercise and im confident that it will just kepe moving in the right direction. Im no longer desperately concerned about what shape I’ll be for the wedding - its about a year to go, and I’m certain that I’ll be in good shape - even if I’m not tiny tiny



Going well

Since I started this resolution, I’ve lost 8.1kg. Ive been dieting and exercising. I start Bootcamp on Saturday :)



4.5kg in 5 weeks

Im going to post all of my success. Im doing a special diet, and hitting the gym in a completely unnatural way :). I’d love to hear about the best exercise routines. At the moment, I’m doing RPM and Body Pump.
