Alright … heres the caper. I’ll get up at 6.30 each day of next week – and take the dog for a walk (hes sooo cute – if anyone wants to see a pic, just ask). i see it as a step towards 6.00 and then 5.30am

I’ve tried this a bit, but can’t get the hang of it. I imagine that success is in doing it regularly – rather than haphazard. I want to start getting up at 5.45am to get to the gym before work.
