In attempt to calm my excema in these nasty winter months, I decided to give it a try. It’s vile. It tastes terrible. But it seems full of great properties that are good for the immune sytstem, digestion, and skin problems. Just what I need. I think I’ll have to research the possibility of mixing it with salad dressing or tomato sauces so it’s a little more pleasant.
By the way, Oreganos is Greek for “delight of the mountains.”
Update: I didn’t notice any difference. And it’s not so tasty. I will not continue… but at least I tried!
