this week i went for a pinot noir, another bc variety, sonora ranch by mission hill. a little lighter than the merlot… nicer too i think. maybe someday i’ll get the terms down better, its depth and tones and such. but for now, mmm i like it.

i’ve decided to work my way around the wine wall at the liquor store, until i find my favourite. this week was a cheap bc variety, jackson-triggs merlot. not bad, not bad.
How do I know what kind of wine to buy… there are so many choices it’s really overwhelming! By the way, another goal of mine is to save money… so I’m on a budget and I don’t want to waste money on a bad bottle of wine.
Any suggestions?
