travel all over the world

I got my passport in less then 2 weeks and the picture looks awesome!! I’m really happy with how it turned out, and they didn’t mess up any of the information. My friend said they messed up her son’s birthday on his and so she has to go and have it fixed (big hassle) So I’m happy that I have that all dealt with and all I have to worry about now is getting my tickets and work on learning some German before I head over!

Well I realized that my passport doesn’t exactly work anymore since I got it when I was 13 and I’m now almost 25 so I went down to the post office today and Re applied for a new one because they make you apply for a brand new one if you were under 16 when you got your last one. But the good news is they said that they are being issued quickly lately so it should arrive in the next 2 weeks rather then the normal 6 weeks! Which is awesome even though I don’t really need it for 4 months… haha oh well, it’s nice to have it out of the way =). (oh and I must say this is the BEST picture for a government issued ID thing I’ve ever had taken.)

This goal will never be over but I enjoy it so much. I’ve traveled around much of western America but this fall I’ll be finally leaving this continent for the first time! A good friend of mine from high school is living in Germany while her husband is deployed in Iraq. She has asked me to come stay with her for a month, visit and see the sites. I’m very excited for this amazing opportunity not only to see my friend but to see Germany! So many things to do and plan… I need to get my passport and get some new clothes!!
