I only managed to get 5 hours of sleep last night. Not feeling so great this morning because of it either. I need 7-8 hours to function properly. But you can only do so much when you get off work late and then have to be back in first thing in the morning.
I managed to sleep halfway through the morning today. How is it though, that when I sleep in and play catch up from earlier in the week, I end up feeling even more tired and drowsy most of the time? Now to only sleep more throughout the week…......
