This is a tricky one. There are many reasons for my tiredness.
One is that I lose track of time. School work. Another is that when I do eventually get into bed I do not want to sleep and its sooo comfy! Another is that I find it difficult to sleep with hundreds of thoughts running through my head. Then I usually get a song in my head etc.
If I was to go to bed earlier I could do all my “thinking” and go to sleep on time.
