I was doing ok.... 16 months ago

with the workouts by being able to work out on my back porch – I did my 3 x easily for 2 weeks, but I got my hair done on Saturday and didn’t want to mess it up sweating…so I haven’t worked out any this week – I should be back to it next week.



New routine 16 months ago

I decided to hold off on doing the run training – I don’t want to push myself too hard, too fast. And I haven’t walked the way I wanted the past several weeks _ I couldn’t my schedule worked out, but I have a knockoff of the gazelle now and only need to step out on my back porch to work out – I’ve worked out twice this week already. Plus I have established a new daily routine which includes starting my day with exercise.



Motivated 17 months ago

The Lord has blessed me with a feeling of motivation and a desire to get started on this goal. The last 3 weeks it has been high on my mind to walk. I’m doing a 12-week run training schedule I got out of Woman’s Day magazine(I think) – I’ve managed to walk at least 1-3 day per week since then. I need to work out some kinks with my schedule, but if I can keep motivated I think I’m well on my way with this one.
