Renew my British passport

I’m actually getting a haircut today (but not THE haircut ) so maybe I’ll try and get a decent photo taken before I leave the mall. Because I KNOW my dad will nag me about it over Christmas.
The passport, that is. not the hair. Though come to think of it, he might nag me about that too.

... has already expired. My dad thinks I’m going to get ex-communicated (what’s the word for when you get your nationality revoked? nationalectomy? a little help here?). I think he’s really mad at me for not doing it yet.
The problem is, I hate my existing photo, and it isn’t time for me to get a new one. I’m going to send one anyway in the hopes that they’ll use it, but I still have to get a decent one taken. I keep waiting for when the perfect skin day (ha!) meets the perfect hair day (double HA!) and I actually have time to go.
That day will never come.
