Today is day 11. I have 97 days to go until my wedding. I have 52 lbs to lose. Well, that has always been my dream “perfect weight”. I guess if I don’t get there it won’t be the end of the world. I just want to look good in my dress and in my bikini on our honeymoon.
In desperation I added workouts beginning yesterday. Yesterday I did both the cardio and the circuit routines. Today I did the cardio as well as an hour on the eliptical machine at the gym.
I’m doing okay with my eating. I’ve been an in-and-out weight watchers member for years now. I know how to eat well, but I get tempted so easily!
Any help would be much appreciated!
