Ok.. seriously? I’m fine UNTIL I get in front of Lost or Grey’s Anatomy or throw me in front of a movie and before I know it, I’ve totally f’d up my nails to little nubs. I’ve found getting a manicure totally stops me from doing it at all.. however the materials/polish they use, by the time it wears off, completely destroys the nails altogether so it stopped being worth it for me. And I fully thought I’d found my cure. But I also carry nail clippers and a file everywhere w/ me.. that at least helps.
