Bad moods... 3 years ago

I’ve read places that if you want to help yourself with your problems you’ve got to help others. The hard part is getting the motivation to do things. I will do something nice for someone tomorrow. I don’t know what, but I’m sure something will come up. Bad moods keep plague-ing me & leaving me not even wanting to be around people but maybe this will fix certain things.
