It’s so important and I know it affects how good I can feel on a daily basis,as well as long term health benefits….so why am I still struggling with it.I look at the well stocked fruit bowl and think…I’ll have an apple later.I’m probably managing to have fresh fruit every 2nd or 3rd day.This week I’m determined to eat more.

I had an apple.I cut it up first so it wasn’t such a challenge.Also had lovely fruit crumble but that doesn’t really count does it?
