So I’m back in Radelaide with my family and I thought I’d make nice gourmet vanilla pudding for my sister as it is one of her favorite dishes and I find out that vanilla pods cost like 9 bucks for two. (Aussie dollars) so I’m thinking I’d like to become a vanilla pod farmer. Which would involve moving to hot tropical country… maybe I’ll even do it right by going back to Vanilla’s place of origin and doing it organically in Mexico. Funny that makes me think of my old organic turkey idea. That is twice my sea change ideas have led me there… maybe something in that.
