So I tried the stretches that were included yesterday in my “Note to Self”. I tried them and hey, I can go pretty low. I want to go all the way down, obviously that’s my goal. I wish to comeplete this goal by the end of the Summer, so I can go to school and be like, “BAM!” and slide randomly into a split. haha.

Well I’m in the process of working on this. So far my stretches include one leg in front of the other and I’m also working on the splits with both legs out, but I know that’s going to be harder to accomplish. I don’t know why, or if I’m doing this incorrect, but I felt it in my quads. Maybe it was just from running.. but I’ve never gotten that kind of pain from running before.
Over-stretched a little, probably..
Ahh so I started with the stretches. I managed to remember and I think I’ll go off and do them right now so I know I did them. My schedule doesn’t fit it in that I can do it twice a day, but once the Summer hits, I’ll be doing it in no time =]
My groin muscles feel so unstretched! But I want to do this badly because I was in Gymnastics when I was little and I still don’t know how to do it! [Even though all the other girls seemed to have stepped ahead of me] I think when I’m sitting around watching tv I’ll do the V stretches, although I don’t know where to go from there. I suppose we’ll see where it gets me.
