I have this interval that I fall into that I have never been able to get out of. I’m working to change that interval to a lower number but for the last five years of my life (since fifth or sixth grade maybe) that interval has been 145-155 pounds. I think before ninth grade I was in the 155-165 range but I’ve since gotten that down.
I’m at 148 right now; I was at the higher end of my interval when I started (153) but I decided to start counting from 150 because that’s the number I usually end up on.
So three pounds to go? I just need to think before I shove food in my mouth. So far, the thought process has been working. I’ve also chewed on a lot of gum since starting this goal. It’s helped me have that bite but consume minimal amounts of calories.
