I’m feeling really stressed these days and I don’t know how to fix this problem.
I wake up from Monday to Saturday (I live in Italy, there’s no Saturday free for high school students) at 6.30 am.
I go to school at 8 a.m. and I get back home at 1 pm. Then I have lunch and after it I feel really really tired and lazy. I waste time on doing nothing and suddenly at 5.30 pm – 6.30 pm I get more active and I start doing homework. Sadly my homework is tough and long (I have to study 5 different subjects everyday) and I finish study approximately at midnight. So I sleep very little.
I also attend an architecture course on Wednesday and an Astronomy one on Saturday afternoon.
Any advice? I end feeling stressed on Saturday night.
