Completed John Gray’s Men are from Mars, Women are form Venus a couple of days ago. It’s definitely difficult to read this without any preconceptions engraved into my mind. Yes, it’s also an old book and was written during the early 90’s and I think that was the issue for me; outdated assumptions. I do however enjoy the last few chapters of the book and it’s definitely an enlightenment on relationships and communication.
I am almost finishing his other book, Why Mars and Venus Collide.
“The greatest pain we feel in a relationship comes when we withhold the love in our hearts” – John Gray.

Finished Blink by Malcolm Gladwell a couple of days ago. It took me twice as long compared to his previous book. The early chapters are excellent but towards the end, I was getting lost. Still a very fresh perspective of thoughts, decisions and processes. Am considering to get Gladwell’s Outliers. He’s definitely one of my favourite authors.

Completed The Tipping Point in about 2-3 sittings. It provides such an interesting vantage point of the social world. Perhaps its elements of psychology really got my attention. It’s still a good book.
Reading Blink by the same author, Malcolm Gladwell.

Just finished reading The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. Took me 3 attempts to actually complete it. The first attempt failed due to preconceptions that kept me from reading it further because I personally like A New Earth more. The second attempt was ceased by other priorities. At the third attempt, I found the later chapters interesting and I realised that it is definitely worth the effort.
Moving on to The Tipping Point by Malcolm Gladwell.

Just finished The Arabian Tales after a very long stop in between. Not sure what’s next since classes are starting soon. Mm, maybe I’ll squeeze something in, we’ll see.

Finished the Fourth Dimension a few days ago. It’s a book on Christianity and was given to me last September by a friend’s dad. It was an attempt to convert me. I have a better understanding now but I’m still not convinced.

I finally completed GTD by David Allen but I have a feeling that I will be re-reading some of the chapters over and over (as many other gtd-ers did/still do). It’s a good book really. Those of you wanting to get organized or be productive, grab a copy ;)

Going along with Lewis Carroll’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland. There is one more of his books that I want to read but I can’t find it.
