Here I Am

So, here I am, after a 7 month hiatus from 43t, I am proud to say that it was because I was working really hard, trying to accomplish this goal. I landed here almost three months ago and this may not be the greatest place on earth but I am thankful. It’s really laid back here and growing up in the city my whole life, it’s pretty hard trying to adapt. Maybe someday I’ll grow to be fond of this place. Anyway, as an update to my previous entry: yes, I was offered a place. Yes,I took the offer. Yes, I flew over 4000 kilometers. Yes, I have moved in. Yes, classes have started and assignments are slaying me. What more can I ask for? ;)

I got all the necessary paperwork done and I sent in my application about a week ago. I really hope I am able to get in and have my credits exempted. Studying abroad has been my dream since I was a kid. There’s another week left till I get a reply. Fingers crossed!
