Had a doctors appointment and he weighed me at 252 lbs.
33lbs lost so far-i’ve started to get people noticing and making positive comments-it feels good but i still have a long way to go. Reducing alcohol has definately had a positive effect-i still cheat with the odd beer or 2 but i’m not having it everynight. I’m trying to teach my self what i call hunger training- which is not to give in right away when i feel hungry but to wait a little while and think about what i want to eat or snack on>

WITH SOME UPS AND DOWNS I’VE COME UNDER 260 WHICH I HAVEN’T BEEN FOR SOME TIME-SWITCH FROM ACOMPLIA TO MERIDIA WHICH SEEMS TO BE HELPING – ALSO STOPPED ALCOHOL
Back down to 260lbs. Just recieved my acomplia. New start point today. Lets give ‘er a whirl
I started making bad choices again- beer, and carbs and i’m right back to where i started. Gee how many times has that happened. The time to exercise seems to elude me. I’m starting again.
I’m trying a paleo diet and have greatly reduced my alcohol consumption i have also ordered some acomplia online but haven’t started it yet. cutting out refined carbs has indeed reduced my hunger cravings
please share your most helpfull advice, I know there are many people out there who have sucessfully lost a lot of weight and i need to become one of those people. Good Foods Bad Foods helpful drugs or exercises and most importantly how tho deal with Hunger pains and perhaps how to identify emotional eating issues. All advice will be gratefully received.
