Once I weighed 215 lbs. I’ve been in the 170’s for over a year now and this has got to change! SO I’m amending this goal to have a due date!!!

soooo… 27 lbs in 5 months. totally do-able. And i will finally be able to happily wear a bikini this summer! woo!
This goal is a sub-goal of my other fitness goals for the year (run a 10k, do a sprint distance triathlon). I’ll be trying to achieve the weight-loss mostly through training and eating healthy, not through any kind of “diet”. My calorie consumption has to be enough to adequately fuel my training.
