overcome my fear of spiders

I was taking some stuff out of my suitcase and i noticed these tiny little bugs crawling around on the op of it. I thought tey were ants but soon noticed they were baby spiders…thats not what scared me…THERES PROBABLY A BIG SPIDER IN MY SUITCASEQ!!!! aaaaah im going straight to the pesticide spray department. Yuck..

I dont know when it started, maybe when i was around 6 or 7.
Anyway i went on camp a few months ago with my grade and we went on a mountain hike. I saw a spider and i freaked…i started squealing like a 3 year old and jumping around so that it couldnt climb on me. Then later i realized that they were everywhere!! I started crying hysterically (im almost 16!!) because i felt that they were trying to crawl onto me the whole time. I made such a fool of myself. Everyone was watching and the teacher even got annoyed with me. But they dont understand. Im scared as HELL of them. I dont know why. And i dont know what to do. Please help me!!
