miyamaya has written 3 entries about this goal

Untitled

It has been 2 weeks since I started to exercise every morning.
My exercise is really short and easy. It takes only 15 min.
I have a fun doing this while I listen to my favorite podcasts.

I can feel some of my muscles is getting back, but my flexibility is not quit yet there.

The 2nd day

I cannot believe that I got muscular pain from the 15 min exercise!
I can feel my body is less flexible and weaker. 。・゚゚・(≧д≦)・゚゚・sob sob.
Well, this is just a start. I just have to keep this up!

My goal

What I want to see on my mirror is a beautiful straight pair of my legs!

I have bowlegs since when I was little.
I think the main cause of my bowlegs was my postures that I used to sit and sleep.
When I was a kid, I used to sit down on floors with bended legs, and I used to sleep on my stomach.
Those habits are known as bad postures to make bowlegs.

I have to say my Japanese culture unfortunately helped to develop my bowlegs.
Sitting floors with bended legs are considered as feminine and cute, so I did that a lot as a little girl.

Well, a past is a past, and an old custom is an damn old custom.
Forget about it.
I just have to be careful when I have a girl in the future, so I won’t let it happen to my future daughter.

I had done little of exercise and stretches to straighten my legs since when I was a teenager.
I think those methods are working but really slowly.
My problem is I have a difficulty to keep it up every single day.
But I will try to work on the stretches and the exercise every morning from today.

And also I will try to keep my good posture whenever I sit, walk or sleep.
