This morning I was at 233. Not bad, I feel like it’s coming off quick, but maybe to quick? But I’m not going to complain, I’m eating right and working out, so it’s not like I’m doing a fad diet or anything..

So It’s day 3. I’m at 335.5 lbs today, which is good. I’m going ina good direction at least (down). Right now I’m pretty hungry though, I’ve had a bowl of cereal at 230 calories and a banana at 120 calories. I’ve had 350 calories so far today.

So this morning I weighed in at 237lbs. Yay, this was before my shower and before I ate anything, as this it the rule, that’s pretty decent i guess.
For food today I had:
1 bowl of cereal and milk (smart start & skim): 230 calories
1 banana 120 calories
1 piece of cheese, 80 calories
3/4 cup of skim milk 60 calories.
Thus far today I have had 490 calories. I didn’t go to the gym this morning as planned, I think I will try to go after work, I’ve got my gym clothes in the car. That’ll be fun. Yesterday after my entry I ended up snacking on a piece of cheese (80cal and a 3/4 cup of milk 60cal) before bed. So I’ll need to add that to my total calories for the day. I think I was at like 1867 + 140 = 2007 calories. Arg for the snack, cuz I’m trying to stick to 1800 calories a day. Bah.. Oh well, still better then what I would normally eat!

So I did well today, did 50 sit-ups and did 30min on the elliptical machine. I did well with my eating today too. I had the following:
1 bowl of cereal at 345 cal
1 banana at 120 cal
2 granola bars at 151 cal each (302 cal)
1 piece of cheese at 80 cal
2 spring rolls at 90 cal each ( 180 cal)
1 bowl wonton soup 110
2 servings at 410 cal per serving (820 cal)

-1,867 total calories today.
Plus I went to the gym and burned 470 calories.

Gah, this is a depressing start, I didn’t realize I’d put this much weight on so quickly. So I didn’t get up this morning to go to the gym, I’m really not a morning person, so I figured since Brody is gone I can go tonight after work with no pressure. Gym cloths are currently sitting under my desk. Exciting eh. So as of now, I’ve eaten a Bananna and a bowl of cereal. So far so good I guess.

Okay, so my last attempt failed. So I’m going to try this again. I’m not weighing myself today, as I don’t plan on re-starting this goal until tomorrow.
So I’m going to achieve this goal in the following way.

First; Mon-Thurs I’m going to get up in the morning before work and go to the gym. Since I don’t work until 10a I figure I have time to do this in the morning. I’m going to get up at 7a and then be at the gym by 7:15a, and work out for 1 hour and then get home be 8:30. Then I’d have time to shower, play with the dog, and get dressed for a day at the office. Then work as usual from 10-7.
So I the last time I tried this I was working out pretty regular but I wasn’t eating healthy. So I’m setting some simple eating rules for myself too.
Rule #1. No Fast Food
#2, No Lunch, but rather have several “snacks” throughout the day.
#3, 1 diet pop a day, no regular, and only 1 per day, the rest is to be water.
I’m trying not to set the rules to strict, as I need to set a realistic set of goals to make sure they are achievable.

Okay, and so just like last time, I’m going to weigh myself first thing in the morning to chart my progress for the week/month.
Overall, I’d like to loose 40lbs total. They say that a healthy weight loss is 1-2lbs a week. So I’m thinking for total weight loss it should take 20-40 weeks to achieve this goal, or 5-10mo’s. So worst case senerio I should be lookin good by December-ish…! Becuase even though I probably won’t be at my goal weight, I will have lost a lot by then.
Okay, so it’s off to bed for now, as I’ve got to get up early for the gym tomorrow.

Boo… I’ve been going to the gym pretty regularly, but not seeing much results. I need to start eating better two.. My eating habbits are out of control. Bah..!

I was down and then went on Vacation and ate like a pig, but I am building a lot of muscle and my pants are fitting loose. Plus, my BF tells me my but it getting firmer too. Maybe too much info, but it helps me to know that even though I’m not loosing as much weight as I’m hoping. Well not as quick anyway, I’m still getting fit, and my body is changing to a better shape! Went to the gym yesterday and today. So that should help. But I’ve just been doing 30min on elliptical. But it’s better then nothing right? I’m burning about 470 calories doing this.
