Anyone here have experiance with it????
It sounds like it would be perfect for me, so I can get my education without sacrificing time with my baby when he comes.
I really want to me degree in Education, and hopefully have it time to start working when the baby starts Pre-k or kindergarten.

Wednesday I’m planning on going to the Daystar Life Center in St. Petersburg, if I can get the bus money. They should be able to help me get my state ID at the very least. Maybe job referrals, help with transportation to job, food stamps and general referrals to let me know how to get as much help as I can to get back on my feet like Medicaid and GED. I’ve already written down directions there, and know I’ll leave soon as I get ready after getting the girls off to school. Just have to get bus money and just DO IT.

GED- must be a resident of state for six months.
Got some numbers to start calling tomorrow about this, and about how to become a resident. Plus about Florida medicaid. I haven’t accomplished much since I’ve been unfortaunately, but I’ve been helping T out with the house and kids as much as I can. And I’m looking for an another job, since the I’ve found two I’ve been offered but the first one got ruined because of not being able to get GED for 6months, and the 2nd one I was supposed to get a call last week telling when to start but the manager’s at a conference and hasn’t ever gotten back to me. So I’m looking again as a back up.

Such as focus on the good, get my GED, my CDA, my license, my own apartment, a car, beat my depression, lose weight, learn to live with my knee problems, improve communication skills, all my goals relating to my boyfriend, get a new job. But it’s also be more healthy, be happier and more direct things: like get Florida Medicaid, figure out local bus system to be more self-reliant, be more confident, save money. It’s buy MYSELF furniture and decor when I get my own apartment, stuff that makes me happy. Get myself a college degree, buy a house, plan my retirement.

This a huge helping hand from someone I barely knew, except thru her being my bf’s family. She moved me 800miles to crash on her couch and help me get settled with in this town with my own apartment and job.

Not gonna explain that, a little superstitious that it might jinx it. But today, my life might just get a whole lot better. Waiting on the phone to ring

aka my short-term to do list of things that need to be done.
1. Make one organized list of all phone numbers and addresses I could ever possibly need- before I go to a shelter.
2. Arrange for my bunny to go to the rescue- contact her before by tomorrow afternoon *msged her just now
3. Email temp shelter about possibly getting a ride there AND about what exactly can I bring with me
4. Call Covenant House- for openings, what can bring, what kind of job search requirements are there, AND ride there ASAP
5. See if I can get Viv to meet me for lunch with my sis AND drop-off rabbit cage at rescue
