talk to strangers, all the time

i’ve met a bunch of really great folk after being in Santa Fe only a week.

:D!!!!

i’ve ridden in their Critical Mass, went out to dinner with 5 strangers, went to a rock show 30 minutes outside of town, and gotten drunk and stoned with a gray haired man.

not to mention the lady from Kenya whom i talked to on the Greyhound Bus who kept telling me to go to Kenya & that life is harder here in the states, basically because you don’t get any community life – it’s all work.

but yeah! talking to people rules!

so i’m getting there – i flirted-talked with this first year parsons school of design young lady – it was a good time, heh.

next step: talk to many people during the insanely long bus ride that will be my next TWO DAYS – Philly to Santa Fe, heh

yar, ‘twas enjoyable & i was only a little bit awkward and ambitious

the awkward part is something a little new, i’ve picked it up again from the south jersey locals

the ambitious part is sorta odd, but only cause i really want to make something of ghoulstock industries & share the good times that are the music of los aardvark (i asked him about touring stuff & if we could maybe set up shows with them sometime – he said yar! heh.. he didn’t say yar, he said yes, hehe)

but yeah, i was thinking next summer, perhaps we can organize a tour with chris fullerton doing acoustic-y folk rock stuff that he’s been writing/will be writing & with los aardark & maybe with whatever i do over this next year (ryan/cordelia/shamsher/other?)
