i’m still a little more lethargic than my normally caffeinated self, but that will go away soon (hopefully). caffeine withdrawal headaches are the WORST.
hopefully i won’t relapse like i did last time ;)

why do i drink it? i get terribly addicted. I went from Feb. 07 to June 07 without caffeine, then i relapsed and it’s been a very caffeinated year. i haven’t had any since 9AM today, and i have quite a headache. tomorrow i’ll be caffeine free and probably useless.
uhhgghhh… wish me luck! it helps that i’m actually out of coffee, so i’d have to travel somewhere to get some.
... my first day teaching without caffeine. and they needed me for the three hour detention after school. so about an 11 hour day w/ kids and i’m okay. i think i will be able to cross this one off much sooner than spring break. nice.
i’ve quit all kinds of things… biting my nails, smoking, eating meat, illegal substances, eating processed foods, tv, etc. caffeine has got to go. i’ve gotten better lately, but i still panic if i think i won’t have caffeine in the morning or at lunch… and i get really lethargic with out it… this will be gone in a month or less: by march 17th. (preferably before, so it withdrawal doesn’t affect spring break).
