I’m going to have to put this away for a while. I can hardly hold a pen to do my job, much less the fun stuff. I’ll come back if/when I find time after baby. I keep on thinking about my mother who used to paint before she had kids. 36 years later and she still hasn’t started again!

I gave my niece her cross stitch 2 years ago

Everyone at the party ooohed and ahhhed over it, which I love. One person asked how long it took, thinking it was only about 5 hours. I’m amazed at how little time people assume it takes to finish a cross stitch. Which is why i’ll never sell any. There is no way I could charge enough.
