Finished a second week of workouts, and then started on the third week…I stopped halfway because I was having some, uh, lady problems. So now I’m going to do a fatigue-test or whatever (where I do as many as I can) and then restart the third week tomorrow, including some running into my workout to work on my other fitness goals.
I’ve been having kindof a tough time with running, because ever since the end of my cross country season, my heart will occasionally just start racing after the littlest things, like a few minutes of easy jogging, walking up the stairs, or even sitting up in bed…it’s strangely on/off though. I’ve had two really bad incidents with it, the second ending up with me at a cardiologist appointment that solved nothing. There were also a couple times where I decided to take it easy just because I didn’t feel like going through it again. However, we did laps in gym a couple days ago and my level of fatigue seemed normal enough, so I hope to tentatively start running again.

Just completed my first week of working on this. I’m using the third column at this website (http://hundredpushups.com/week1.html) and I didn’t think it was that difficult, but no doubt it gets harder.
I actually had a whole six weeks of workouts planned that included pushups, running, and abdominal exercises, but I’ve got allergies or something and breathing is really difficult right now, so I just did the pushups. Next week if I start everything else I’ll just have to do the pushups a week ahead.
Had to do pushups in gym, and surprisingly I did 25 just right off the bat. I haven’t been working on this goal at all…oops…
