My friend who is a runner gave me this morning:

I am going to be running a race in May. Just a 5K but there will be a 1/2 marathon as part of that race and I have several people that I know training for that.
I need to get on a traing regimen for 5K race training. I will work this into my 3 day a week at the gym goal.
For some reason I say I am going to do something but never do. What will make the difference? Publicly speaking my goals so I am accountable to them?
Anyway, I am going to invite some people to help me develop a plan and send support for me to accomplish this goal
