make more friends

Does it count if they are nearly all animals and their people? LOL

I guess I should specify make more local friends. I have lots of friends but all far away. I’ve never believed that distance or time should make a difference to friendship; however, there is something comforting about face to face contact and that is what I am lacking now.

I’ve been spending all my time with animals and/or hanging out with animal people. Unfortunately, animal people are not the most social of folks either! Hmmm, I am not quite sure what to do about this one. Aside from dance, most of my interests are solitary in nature or have to do with animals.
