Yes, I’d still like to do this. After owning two houses and watching my parents build their house, I have formed strong opinions on how I would like a house to be designed. Basically, I want one level with a wraparound porch and a basement, partially finished but also for storage. And again, I think it will be a modular since that is the most convenient way to build.

Well, I am probably looking at a modular as the fastest most efficient way to do this. I want a ranch or cape cod style, master bedroom on the first floor, at least two bathrooms and I would like the house situated in such a way that the other bedrooms are far away from the master bedroom. I’d also like a wraparound deck. It also needs to be at least 1800 sq. ft.
