people just don't understand

i was diagnosed with epstine bar virus (aka chronic fatigue) 12 years ago. it has been a really rough road. i spent several years of my high school life and all of my college life fighting this and it really interferes with my work life.
my fiance just doesn’t get it that i can’t keep up with “normal” people. i think he thinks i’m lazy. i try to do as much as i can but sometimes i am just so worn out that i have to lay down.
just had some blood work done and the doctors office called me and said everything was normal. i was so excited, i thought i had gotten rid of EBV, but then they called me back in 2 days and said i was still positive for it.
i just hope that someday i feel better.
