be better at my job

i guess i am. i sell association memberships, or at least i try. i think this goes hand in hand with being more confident. i’m not really sure i have the personality needed for this job. i always feel like i am really just bothering people and that’s not what i want to do. i really want to help people. i know if i get them to join the association then i will have helped them in the long run. i just have to get out of my car and do it!!
