Our railing is rotting at the base and won’t be able to withstand another season so we called 2 contractors to bid out the project. Just waiting for the best bid to come in and then we’ll begin the process of rebuilding…can’t wait.
The contractors who remodeled our house before we bought it used cheap materials and methods. The wood on our front porch railing has been slowly rotting for the last couple of years and now it’s to the point of having to commit in redoing it. My next step is to call a couple of contractors and get some bids.
