lose weight

I am an employee for a fast food chain and that makes trying to stay healthy increasingly difficult. It’s very difficult to pass up the “free food” option even though the food in question is not in the least bit healthy. That is my overall daily struggle. I never imagined that my job would have such an impact on my weight loss.
Oh.. yesterday I went to the doctor because I have been having some intense stomach pain. I was then told that I was too fat to do an ultrasound to view my appendix so I would have to check into the hospital and do a full body ct scan which would end up costing me a hell of a lot more than the in doctor tests. So there you have it.. being fat is more expensive than being thin.

I have been overweight my entire existence and have never really been that upset about it until now. I have a very active two year old daughter and I feel like I’m missing out on all the good stuff because my body doesn’t cooperate. I am about 100 pounds overweight and at my heaviest weight of all time. I come from a fat family and I just thought it was ok. I’m sick of it.. and i need to be an example for my daughter.
