I am having a hard time right now staying focused. I really want to eat, really, really want to eat. It may the TOM, but I have been feeling this way for a few weeks now. I even skipped my meeting this week because I did not want to see the scale go up again! I am not sure what to do about this. I guess I will just keep on trying. But I really want a Mancino’s reuben right now, and some cheesy garlic bread. And we have no really healthy food in the house that I have any interest in. I guess I need to go to the grocery and stock up on good for me stuff.

I gained .8 this week. Not so bad and pretty consistent with the pattern I seem to be following on this weight loss journey. I know I have to get back to the gym. I stopped going because the Cymbalta was making me so tired when I first started taking it and now I am out of the habit. I am shooting for Sunday.
I lost another pound last week. That makes almost 28 gone. Slow and steady wins the race!
Lost another 1.4.lbs this week, that puts me just over 26 pounds. I have reached the -10% of starting weight.
Went to ww meeting tonight. I lost 3.8, brining me to a grand total of 24.8 pounds lost. I am so close to my 10%. I am really going to have to hit it hard next week; following all the healthy habits and hitting the gym everyday.
Today is house cleaning day but I am adding go the gym to list of Sunday activities. I believe so strongly that working out is the key to personal success with this “thing” I have to keep at it. Even if I go over on points or choose to not journal or don’t drink all my water I must keep moving.
I am having a hard time staying on my program, I have gone over almost every day for the past two weeks. And I have not had time or energy to get to the gym. But I keep trying and that is a good thing. I think I will use my no weigh in pass tomorrow and really sink the effort into being on track next week.
I joined Weight Watchers for the umpteenth time this spring. So far I have lost 20 pounds. I am also working out at least 3 times a week. I think exercise is the key to this weight loss thing, eating less and moving more. I hate it that it is so simple because that makes it hard to focus on it but it is simple; eat less, move more.
